Section Reference

Add a section from the theme editor with Add section in the sidebar. Beyond the Dawn sections, NAVEGaid includes 38 custom sections, grouped below by what they are for. Section names are shown as they appear in the editor.

Controls custom sections share

Control	What it does
Use global spacing	Uses the page width and section padding from Theme settings → Layout instead of the section’s own padding fields. Off by default.
Customize section corners	Rounds the section’s corners. Clip content to corners crops edge-to-edge images to the curve; leave it off for sections with menus, pop-ups or overlapping elements.
Use global typography / fonts	Takes fonts and heading styles from Theme settings → Typography instead of the section’s own font settings.
Desktop and mobile values	Most sizes and paddings have separate desktop and mobile settings.
Design image	Several sections can show one of the theme’s bundled demo images when no image is uploaded. Replace it with your own before launch.

Two sections called “Hero split”

hero-split and split both appear as Hero split in the editor. hero-split is the fuller version, with mobile layout and global typography options.

Reviews content is entered by hand

The Reviews section displays the rating summary and review rows you type into it. It does not read from a review app. For live ratings, use the rating blocks on the product page — see Product Setup.

Featured collection has been rebuilt around theme blocks. Some sections only appear on their own templates: Email signup banner on the password page and Quick order list on product templates.

Template sections

Each page type has a main section that cannot be added elsewhere — for example Product information on product pages, Product grid on collection pages and Items and Subtotal on the cart page. See Templates & Pages.
