Managing Submission Data

Learn how to view, organize, and export all your form submissions.

Viewing Submissions

You can view submissions in two places:

Dynamic Metafields Dashboard

• Click "View Submissions" on any form
• See all data submitted through that form
• Review customer and order information
• Track submission dates and times

Shopify Admin

For Customer forms:

• Go to Customers in Shopify admin
• Find the customer
• Scroll to Metafields section

For Order forms:

• Go to Orders in Shopify admin
• Open the order
• Scroll to Metafields section

Exporting Data

The Starter plan and above includes data export functionality:

• Export submissions to CSV
• Analyze customer information in spreadsheets
• Create backups of your data
• Generate reports

Data Retention

Form data is retained in your Shopify metafields until you choose to delete it. If you uninstall the app, your data remains in Shopify and can be accessed through Shopify admin.

Managing Submissions

From your dashboard, you can:

• Sort submissions by date
• Filter by form
• Search for specific entries
• Delete individual submissions
• Bulk delete old submissions
