Installation Guide
This guide will walk you through installing Dynamic Metafields and creating your first form. The entire process takes less than 10 minutes.

- Search for “Dynamic Metafields” in the Shopify App Store
- Click “Add app” on the app listing
- Review the app permissions and click “Install app” to confirm

Required Permissions

Understanding the Dashboard
After installation, you’ll see your Dynamic Metafields dashboard with:
- Total forms - Number of forms you’ve created
- Submissions today - Form submissions received today
- All-time submissions - Total submissions across all forms
- Forms list - All your created forms with management options
From here, you can create new forms, view submissions, and manage existing forms.
