Dashboard Overview

Understand your Dynamic Metafields dashboard and how to manage your forms efficiently.

Key Metrics

Your dashboard displays important metrics at a glance:

• Total Forms - Number of forms you've created
• Submissions Today - Form submissions received today
• All-time Submissions - Total submissions across all forms
• Active Forms - Forms currently enabled on your store

Forms List

View and manage all your forms:

• View Submissions - See all data submitted through each form
• Edit - Modify form fields and settings
• Duplicate - Create a copy of an existing form
• Form ID - Copy the unique identifier for theme integration
• Activate/Deactivate - Toggle forms on or off
• Delete - Permanently remove forms

Creating New Forms

Click the "New Form" button to start creating a custom form. You'll configure field types, labels, and submission settings.

Viewing Submissions

Click "View Submissions" on any form to see:

• All submitted data organized by submission date
• Customer or order information associated with each submission
• Submission timestamps
• Export options for data analysis
