Your Spin on the Storefront
Once a product has an active spin, it’s served to your storefront automatically through the app’s theme integration.
- Shoppers visiting that product page see the 360° viewer in place of (or alongside) the standard image, using whichever display mode you chose.
- The app also adds a placeholder image to your product’s media in Shopify. This is expected — it’s what allows the spin to appear in the right spot on your storefront. The placeholder carries a small watermark and is managed by the app.

If you notice an extra image appearing on your product, that’s the placeholder added by the app on purpose. It’s how the 360° viewer is positioned correctly on your storefront. Do not delete it — removing it will break the spin display.
Theme compatibility
Product Spin AI fully supports:
- Dawn theme (optimized for best performance)
- All official free Shopify themes
- Any modern, Online Store 2.0 theme that supports app blocks/embeds
To activate, ensure the app integration is turned on in your Shopify theme editor settings.
Custom or third-party themes
