What does Product Spin AI do?

It creates interactive 360° spins of your products from your photos, either by generating a full rotation from a single image with AI, or by assembling a set of images you upload yourself.

Do I need photography equipment or coding skills?

No. One clear product photo is enough for AI generation, and everything is managed through the app dashboard — no code required.

How many spins can I create?

On the Free plan, up to 3 products can have an active spin. Starter and Pro support unlimited products.

What are tokens and how much does a spin cost?

Tokens power AI generation. You get 10 free tokens on install. Regenerating a single frame costs 1 token, and re-splitting frames is free. You can top up by upgrading your plan (which adds tokens each billing cycle) or by buying one-time token packs. See How Tokens Work for the full breakdown.

What happens if a generation fails?

Your tokens are automatically refunded. You only spend tokens on results you keep.

Can I upload my own rotation photos instead of using AI?

Yes. Drop them into the editor and the app assembles your spin. Uploading your own images doesn’t use any tokens.

What’s the difference between Video mode and Frames mode?

Video mode auto-spins in a smooth loop. Frames mode lets shoppers drag to spin the product themselves, with an optional clockwise/counterclockwise setting. See Choosing How Your Spin Displays for more detail.

Can I edit a spin after creating it?

Yes. Reopen the product in the editor to change the display mode, adjust frame count (free re-split), regenerate individual frames, or replace images.

Why is there an extra placeholder image on my product?

That’s added by the app on purpose. It’s how the 360° viewer appears in the correct place on your storefront. Do not delete it.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan lets you try the app at no cost, including 10 starter tokens and up to 3 spins.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Pricing page. Upgrading reactivates all your spins and tops up your tokens. See Plans & Billing.

What happens if I uninstall?

Your spins stop displaying and your store is marked as uninstalled. If you reinstall later, the app reactivates your store and sets you up with a fresh Free plan.

Does this work with my theme?

Product Spin AI fully supports the Dawn theme, all official free Shopify themes, and any modern Online Store 2.0 theme that supports app blocks/embeds. If you’re on a custom or third-party theme, contact support and we’ll help you integrate it.
