This guide will walk you through installing Product Spin AI from the Shopify App Store and getting started with your free plan.

Install the App from Shopify App Store
- In your Shopify admin, go to Apps
- Find Product Spin AI in the Shopify App Store.
- Click Add app on the app listing
- Review the app permissions and click Install app to confirm
- You’ll automatically be taken to the Product Spin AI dashboard
Required Permissions
The app requires permissions to access your store’s theme and metafields to function properly. These permissions are standard and your data remains secure.

Your free starter tokens
When installed, Product Spin AI automatically adds 10 free tokens to your account so you can start generating immediately. Tokens are what power AI generation, so you can start creating spins right away. No payment needed to try it out. More on how tokens work in How Tokens Work.

You're on the Free plan
New installs start on the Free plan automatically. That lets you publish 360° spins on up to 3 products at no cost. When you’re ready for more, you can upgrade anytime in Plans & Billing, but there’s no pressure and no pricing wall standing between you and your first spin.
- Reinstalling? If you previously had the app and removed it, reinstalling brings your store back online and sets you up with a fresh Free plan automatically.
