Creating a 360° Spin
This is the core area for creating and managing 360° spins.
- Go to Products in the app, you'll see every product, each labelled with whether it has a 360° spin (Active or Disabled).
- Click a product to open its 360° Editor.
From the editor you can either upload your own images or generate a spin with AI.
Option A — Upload your own images
If you already have a set of rotation photos:
- Drag and drop your images into the upload zone (or click to browse).
- Each file is checked automatically:
- Format: JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF.
- Size: up to 2 MB per file.
- Quality: at least 800×600 pixels and reasonably sharp.
- Images that pass are uploaded, with a live progress bar for each.
- Your spin saves automatically once all uploads finish. No extra “save” click needed.
If an image doesn't pass the quality check, you'll see the Low Qualityprompt (covered next).
Option B — Generate with AI
Don't have a full rotation set? Start from a single photo and let AI do the rest:
- Upload one clear product photo.
- Tell the app a little about the shot so the AI can do its best work:
- What the product is - e.g. "red leather sneaker."
- Starting angle - the angle your photo was taken from (e.g. front, front-right).
- Subject type - whether it's an object/product or a person or animal.
- The AI generates a smooth 360° rotation video from your photo.
- The video is split into individual frames, you choose 8 frames(lighter, quicker) or 16 frames (smoother spin).
- Review the result and pick how it should display (see the next sections).
AI generation uses tokens from your balance. If you don't have enough, you'll be prompted to buy more or upgrade.
